We are an established specialist agricultural and rural business recruitment consultancy, working with many of the leading names in the sector both in the UK and internationally.

Our role is to work on behalf of our clients to help them to find the best candidates for their vacancies. Our clients brief us on their requirements and then ask us to use our experience to undertake the first candidate assessment stage.
Our small team of specialists will help you to understand what is involved in a vacancy and the nature of different employer companies. We advise you on how to make the best impression with your CV, covering letter and interview. Based upon a discussion with you we may even propose that the vacancy which interests you is not the best one for you and suggest alternatives.
